Living Cully Sunsets

After more than a decade of building community together in Northeast Portland, Living Cully sunset at the end of 2025. 

From 2010 to 2025, the Living Cully coalition brought together four Cully-based organizations in a shared mission to improve quality of life and prevent displacement for communities of color and low-income residents in Northeast Portland’s Cully neighborhood.

Together, the coalition helped launch transformative projects such as Cully Park, Las Adelitas, and the Cully Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District, leaving a lasting impact on the neighborhood.

As of December 2025, the Living Cully coalition has formally concluded its collaborative work. You can read the coalition’s final letter HERE.
